Daddy loves me right now

He loved me yesterday

Daddy loves me always

I could never count the ways.

He loves me when I produce

Foolish mistakes

He loves me when I sin and doubt

When fear and worry overtake.

He loved me tenderly

When I was so lost

Caring for me sweetly

Guiding me through the harsh frost.

When I was all alone

He comforted me

There has never been a single time

When He didn't love me.

He loves me through the impossible

When I never think I'll succeed

He loves me in my suffering

The pain, so raw, I bleed.

When I feel like an outcast

The world has thrown aside

He always sees my beauty

His arms always opened wide.

His love is from beginning to end

And every moment in between

There will never be a time

When on Him, I cannot lean.

He lifts all these heavy weights

Which I could not bear

Every single thing in my life

He wishes, with me, to share.

Forever and ever

As through my life I go

He continually believes in me

He loves me as I grow.

Resting in His promises, fully knowing

Understanding, down on bended knee

His love is forever

And He will always love me.
